NIH IMPROVE Data Mosaic People's Choice Award

The Data Mosaic presents findings from a community-led qualitative prioritization process focused on maternal behavioral health in Georgia. Led by Dr. Lasha Clarke and Ayanna Robinson, Co-Directors of the Community Partnership Core (CPC), the project centers the voices of Black mothers, providers, advocates, and community leaders. Through in-depth interviews and participatory methods with the Community Accountability Board, the Mosaic identifies seven priority areas shaping maternal behavioral health, including access to care, social determinants, and systemic barriers. The work emphasizes community-defined priorities and shared responsibility, underscoring the importance of culturally rooted, trust-centered approaches. Overall, the Data Mosaic translates lived experience into actionable insights to inform research, care, and policy efforts.
